We want to thank you for our beautiful fireplace. Your knowledge and expertise was greatly appreciated. We are very happy that we took your advise and purchased the Direct Vent unit with a blower. Our four bedroom ranch home is toasty warm throughout, the thermostat on the remote sees to that for us. It's a focal point in the family room and energy-wise it's cost effective. We have received many compliments on our corner unit for its beauty and warmth, but most of all, we like it because it brings family and friends together.

Privitera We are very pleased with the installation of our stove. You and your men were very compliant with our requests, though it made it more difficult to install. In particular, the direct vent cap on the outside wall (which is fabricated stone) was slightly inserted making a tight and eye appealing finish. Also, as you directed them, they labored with much patience to install the gas pipe in a tight space behind the wall. Thank you for all your patience, instruction and guidance to your men and to us and for the decent price.
